Addition of more accused persons

Currently pursuing criminal revision case that is arised from private complaint case under 200crpc. Some other accused persons have now arised and threatened me. How to add them in said complaint case and revision case

What sections have you filed your complaint on and i need you to tell me someother details as well for which i would request you to contact me so that i can give you an appropriate answer since for addition of accused i need to know what sections have you filed your complaint under and who are these accused and in what capacity your known to them

You can always file a fresh memo of parties mentioning the details of the other accused persons like their name & address. And if it’s a private complaint then it’s police duty to do the needful to add the accused person in the chargesheet. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
