Actually a civil matter converted into criminal one,..................

My father had brought a flat at dharavi, through a broker in 2012, from that date the broker is staying in the flat, without agreement without deposit, my dad expired 3years back and we have been asking him to vacate the flat he isn't doing so. We had gone to dharavi police station, police dint do anything, so we went to the flat by an intention of staying there. Within 5mins the brokers wife called police saying we have entered her place and troubling her. Whereas she was taking our video she was recording all the people entered to the flat, an now police says we have tresspassed and we have fir saying we have beaten his wife and did robbery and what not police is completely supporting him inspite of seeing our house papers, police is saying he is smartly playing with you by converting civil matter to criminal.
