Action against harassment and torture by daughter in law

I S widow 70 years old. Leave with three sons and three daughters of law in a house aquired by my self.my elder son and elder daughter in law fully and completely dependent on me on financial issue.the footing and medical expenses are carried by me of elder son, he is kidney patient.from previous a few months my elder daughter in law has been torturing for little issues. Resentlly a few weeks the limit of her torture crossed little bit more.in this situation u am completely helpless.seeung not other alternative way I have compeled to write in ur site.seeking accurate and proper legal advise to me
Please lodge a complaint against your daughter-in-law for domestic violence with the local police station. Once police/protection officer interfere in this matter she will come in her right senses and stop her doings. After that she will try to compromise with you and will also request you to take back your complaint. If that situation arises, don't withdraw your complaint. Let a proceeding get started against her for her wrong doings.

Since I understand from your query that your elder daughter in law is torturing you, for that you can immediately lodge complain to the police or write letters to different authorities so that they provide protection to you, even if the the torture does not go less, you can file writ petition before the High Court, one of my client aged about 80 years got good relief from Calcutta High Court. You can also file a complain under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. All the best. Regards

Being a senior citizen u can file petition before the appropite court of law and also file petition against ur daughter-in-law in Domestic violence Act . First lodge a written complaint before the local Police Station with help of a learned lawyer write the complaint against ur daughter-in-law .
