Acquittal be mentioned in an affidavit for character certificate

Sir,  my father used to work in police department and while he was in service he expired so the government has offered me compassionate appointment, and I was given job as junior assistant in revenue department. Now I was accused with 354(a) and 452, My name was included in the FIR as A4 (in 4 members) and we got bail in 24 hours and I have not went to any kind of remand and later on the complainant got to know the situation and she herself agreed for removing case and sections were changed to 506 and 509 and we were acquitted for the charges and case was removed in Lok Adalat on 6 day Now I was asked for character and verification certificate should I mention this case in the affidavit or not.
