Acknowledgment note fraudulently and notrized it can be challenge

A person made acknowledgment note and obtaining signature of my father by fraudulently and misrepresentation of facts and with intention to the document to be used in future as genuine and my father have no knowledge about this .It can be challenge.The person was illegal possession on my lease house and taken acknowledgment note by fraudulently my father is a old person .
If the person has obtained the signature of your father through misrepresentation then file a complaint with the police. The documents your father has signed by fraud or misrepresentation is not a valid document you need to prove that in court or to the police. You can further press charges of cheating and fraud against the person as well

Any act done by practising fraud and misrepresentation doesn't get the legal acknowledgment and now that you have come to know about the same then in my opinion you should notice him and seek his reply if he agrees then its good otherwise initiate a criminal proceeding against him
