Accused Under Section 325, Compromise Btw Both Parties Denied By Judge

My fiance is accused under section 325 ipc, the judge denied to give time for compromise to both the parties n the complainant gave his statement in lower court, compromise can occur if we get time.. but can he be granted bail from session court if he gets convicted n in how much time because its our wedding on 8th of nov n the functions will start from 1st of nov n also can compromise occur in session once the complainant gives his statement in lower court. What will be the entire procedure for this. Please help soon

Hello you can get bail from sessions or high court if bail is denied from lower court. if you enter into the compromise with the complainant on basis of comprises deed you can also approach high court for quashing of FIR u/s 482 crpc. At what stage the case is will define how much time it will take for decision of case in lower court whether prosecution evidence is closed or in progress
