ACCUSED UNDER IPC 160. FIR FILED. WILL IT EFFECT MY UPSC JOB PROSPECT

falsely accused under sec160 IPC. FIR filed. police are asking to accept it in front of a magistrate and pay a small fine. What should I do in such a situation? Will it affect my UPSC civil services in future or my job in the private sector or VISA

If u are a UPSC candidate or applying in private sector or want a ViSa then try to resolve if the fine is less as it will close and if u do not get this closed then u have to disclose everything everywhere where u apply. For further clarification pls call. Thanks for contacting LawRatoPartner.

Yes any FIR will affect you in your UPSC/ civil servises examination. And it will also affect you in the police verification during any VISA or private job, you must contact a local advocate for further advice and solution to the problem. Act immediately
