Accused produced forged stamp paper for land registry

I'd been made accused and f.i.r against me by district sub registrar in producing fake stamp paper for a land registry in the name of mine. Actually i'd paid rs. 25000 to the stamp vendor to procure the stamp paper but he had cheated me and given fake stamps. I accused in section 420,467,468,471 and 474. The matter is sub juidice in lower court.

you should move for an anticipatory bail from lower court as early as possible in this matter.
if rejected from lower court you should move your anticipatory bail application immediately to high court of your state.
