Accused as accomplice in robbery

27-Feb-2025 (In Criminal Law)
My erickshaw driver transported two brothers which had personal financial dispute with the complainant. The two brothers took away one erickshaw from the complainant after they reached there. Now my driver is also accused as accomplice by the police. The driver only transported in the rickshaw not participated in physical force. Is it the right section under robbery and how far the driver is guilty?

the credibility of the complainant can only be tested during trial. meantime bail is the solution so that u don't have to languish in jail. when the trial begins , the complainant will be summoned and during the cross examination the truth will be extracted as per law and in the process the accused must prove his innocence to get acquitted of the charges.
