ACB Trap_ Departmental proceedindgs

am from andhra pradesh vijayawada. one of my colleague was recently arrested by ACB for receving cash and was sent to custody which lead to his suspension. he was now on bail. i would like to know pendng disposal of the ACB case before the Hon'ble ACB Court Vijayawada, can departmental proceedings be ordered and if so procedure and any relevant circulars/ instrcutions in this regard may please be informed to me

since your colleague was arrested by ACB and is now under suspension, he has to face two proceedings.
1) ACB proceedings in court and
2) Departmental proceedings .
Departmental proceedings will be initiated by department secretary and district collector and friend has to be present in both proceedings.
both proceedings are independent of each other
