Abusive Language On Mail Copying Buyers And Threatening

25-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
One person whom I contacted through a common friend for some services is charging unreasonable money for the work not done. On denial of the payment he is using abusive language on the mail and phone. He is also copying my buyer and other business associates which will result in loss of business. Please advise legal action that can be taken against this person. I have already filed a police complaint against the person.

Dear Sir,
Persue the matter seriously and if police do not co-operate for any reason then you may file private complaint. Further you may file civil case restraining them from interfering with your business and your personality. Get issue a legal notice before launching civil suit against them.

Hi...you file a complaint in cyber crime police station for abusive messages and you request the police to call him to the station and warn him and take apology letter from him and if he continues to do the same you file criminal complaint against him.
Thank you
