Abusive and defamtion on profession space

One person have been giving me threats and abusive language pointing mother and wife and giving warning to break my car and i have recorded proofs

in which jurisdiction due you fall go to the police station and file a complaint against him and show all your proofs like phone recordings and any other in person who witnessed all this.... accumulate as many evidence as you can so that case can be filed strong.

You have strong proof, so don’t worry. Threats and abusive language are serious issues. You can File a police complaint for threats and verbal abuse, Seek protection if he is warning to damage your property , Keep all recordings safely and avoid direct confrontation.
