Hi thanks for your query you have not mentioned whether FII are has been lodged against you or it is yet to be registered against you. Fleeing away from any justice system is not the solution rather it will only increase your problem so I advise you to be vigilant have watch whether police has registered a FII are or not if FII are is not registered you need not to worry for more details contact me thank you

In bailable offences bail is your right. Bail can be claimed as of right and it is the duty of the Police Officer as well as the Court to release you on bail. You can also be released on your own bond. So don’t panic and you should wait till the chargesheet is filed. There is no need for any absconding.

you should never abscond the process of law. though it is a far off thing, still if you are found not answering the court's summons, warrant of arrest may be issued against you and if still you don't present yourself, proceedings to declare you a proclaimed offender may start, after which getting bail is next to imposible. so it's always advisable to answer the court's summons as and when it is issued.
