My boyfriend loved me for 4yrs and cheated on me after 8months of living in together relationship. If the police files 376 with 493 on my boyfriend, do I need to undergo medical examination test..., Why because some lawyers says that veriginity test is not the reliable one., So i need not of to undergo like that..., Can anyone suggest me that only the proofs are enough or medical test is compulsory....
u can file private complain again him and can be getting legal relief and give you the case against him and can be getting a punishment for the court and u can file the case against him for the criminal beech of trust against him

if 376 register against time for cheating and sexual harassment and rape then the DNA test will be Court proceedings caring court will cost for DNA test that record for DNA compulsory test before that you need to think for 376 better
