About second FIR under a section 377 after first fir of 498a

I left my husband home in Oct 2020 and I file 498a against my husband and his parents on April 2021.ow chargesheet is file in court.ow after six month of fir,I also want to file another fir under section 377 of IPC.can it is possible.

There is no time limit as such for lodging of Police Complaint. Despite passing of several years after the committing of Crime Police can lodge Police Complaint and concert it into a FIR if Cognizable Offence had been then committed.

Yes you can file an additional FIR. However you have to substantiate your reasons for the same. If you will not be able to substantiate the reasons then neither Police nor on approaching Court FIR will be filed.
