It all depends upon the profile of the advocate whom you choose. It may range between Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 2 Lakhs. In case you wish to engage a low profile advocate it is very hard to get bail even otherwise trying for bail seems to be improper at this investigation stage. Better move bail application only after charge sheet is filed. If accused is in judicial custody the charge sheet will filed within 90 days otherwise it may be delayed for years together.
