Any body please tell me , if i am not happy with the public prosecutor's work and if i am feeling that he is not fighting on my behalf then can i ask the court to provide me an other public prosecutor in his place? ( He was public prosecutor for my oponents against me in a falce case filed agains me and he is not at all interested to fight my case against them as he is very close to them and they have paid him a good amount) what can i do? please guide.
Hi .. public prosecutors Apr appointed by the governments and every court have its own public prosecutor and can not change them but you can appoint an advocate to assist public prosecutor to proceed with the case.And you have one more chance that,You can file a application to government.

Its quite common that pp acts agents of both state and accused. In such cases you can make an application to concerned magistrate to appoint an Advocate of your choice as special public prosecuter.
