About meaning of nature of disposal : contested and allowed

05-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello Sir, I filed FIR 498-A,506r/w34 IPC, 3,4 DPA. Later I withdraw the case in High court as per UK court order. My EX is saying his cases are going on in sessions court, RJY. so I verified in e courts services magistrates court.I saw the case disposed 498 A 506 r/w. When it comes of 3,4 DPA the case status is seen in PDJ court complex. I want to know the meaning of Nature of disposal " contested and allowed". Is 3,4 DPA different from 498 A or part of it. Will there be any court cases in sessions court related to this case ? Can you please answer. Thanks

if it is mentioned contested and allowed it means the court has convicted him for 498a. most likely the trial would hav been split in to two separate cases. you need to check both case files and ask your advocate to obtain order copies
