About arrest of accused person

Dear sir
I have to know only is that if accused health is very bad at home.and when police raid at home to arrest him are they took the accused person with them or not please advice me
Yes the police can arrest. But provide me the details and facts of entire case so that bail etc can be filed immediately and arrest may be stayed or instant bail can be filed after arrest. pls provide the complete statement of facts and also the copy of FIR if any.
