IPC 304 is registered, in the course of investigation court granted bail of the accuse u/s 167(2) crpc mentioning that the chargesheet is not submitted in 60 days, is the order is write when investigation is under process

Order is absolutely correct. The charge sheet has to be filed before the expiry of 60 days from the date of arrest. If police fails to file chargesheet, the accused has the right to go for default bail as defined under section 167(2) CrPC even though the investigation is under process.
