A three year old Child slapped by his school teacher

I saw in my mobile school's cctv camera a teacher slapping my 3 year old kid who is the student of nursery in school. I don't have recording of the incident. Wat action should I take against the teacher n the management?
Hitting a nursery child = criminal offence (no excuse of discipline).

2. Against the School Management
• BNS Section 85 & 89 → Failure of duty of care by institution → Principal & management can be held vicariously liable.
• JJ Act, 2015 (Sec. 75) → Cruelty to child by staff = up to 3 years imprisonment.
• RTE Act, 2009 (Sec. 17) → Corporal punishment prohibited → School liable for violation.
Even if you don’t have the CCTV recording:
• Immediately send a legal notice to the school, asking them to preserve CCTV footage (within 7 days).
• Ask for CCTV under BNSS (CrPC) provisions for evidence production (Sec. 349/350 BNSS).
• You can also file an RTI to Education Department regarding complaints.

you should complain to the internal committee of the school in case not resolved you can can approach the police with a complaint for grievous hurt the teacher and management have to be taken to task

you need to keep the proofs handy and talk to the witnesses.
then you. can file a police complaint.
