A tantrika or poojari doing so much wrong hings what can I do there

Nearby my home there is one tantrik aur pujari whatever you want to say people come to him to get male baby birth and he give promise that by his tantrik Jadu tona he says dirty you will get boy and it is very wrong I don't want this to happen can I do anything all though people go to him by their consent

since there is no complaint against such a person so legally no step can be taken against him. Also there is no mention of any nuisance by you hence the Tort can also not be not initiated against him. it is advisable that you can speak to the people visiting him and ask anyone to file a complaint against such an act then only any legal remedy is available
