An Schedule caste person has cheated me in the name of govt jobs and taken 2 crores from our people and he has filed a false case against me as we are asking for refund money.
Any person even he belongs scheduled caste in case of he committed offence can not be escaped. you can approach your police station along with your men who were deceived in the hands of the said persons on the name of government jobs and grabbed Rs. 2 Crore from your pepole, lodge a complaint with all proofs.

the false case can be quashed by high court under section 482 cr.p.c.
you along with other people ( 5 or 6 people) should file a cheating case under section 420 at central crime station as the crime proceeds are about 2 crores. you should also ask CCS police to attach bank accounts and properties of Accused
