A professor beating me in 2 years ago in engineering college and I am

Hello I am student of private engineering college sc /st .A professor beat me with hand seniors were present there fellow professors but I think they will say nothing happened .What charges can I give against them Sc/st atrocities act I want to file against abuse where can I file in police station or commission .

beating by itself is not equivalent to atrocity under sc/st act unless the beating is due to your caste as per the law. hence I would not suggest that you bring a case of sc/st atrocity against your teacher unless its racial or caste aspect is involved in which case you can file complaint before the concerned police station and if they deny to take your complain then you can serve the same before the commission. kindly remember the fallout of making a false complaint can cost one dear.

dear client , you may file a complaint before the SSP of your area regarding the said incident who will mark the inquiry to concerned police station and you may also approach high court if no appropriate action taken within a reasonable time...for further clarification contact me...
