A person is harassing me and my family what action can i take
18-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
One person was abusing me through messages and i was ignoring it in the begining. When he crossed the limits then i abused him back. this went on for a few months. I decided to confront him and he was unavailable. Now he is calling me on my landline and my family members have to listen to his nonsense . What should i do ?
Please immediately lodge FIR with police . Till you do not lodge FIR the harassment will continue..

File a complaint with the local police station. Give them the person's number and the message copies as an evidence which are abusive. The Local Police will taken action on the same.
