A Muslim man who is already married claims to have divorced but fails to show the divorce certificate when asked is manipulating my hindu sister to marry her. My sister knows the man has divorced but when I asked for divorce certificate for proof, he just say the girl just left and we doubt the person's authenticity and also he claims he has nothing to do his family when asked about his family on what they think about marrying a Hindu girl.

If you have such apprehensions than it’s better you ask your sister to leave the person immediately. Instead of blaming that person why don’t you stop your sister marrying him. Furthermore, your sister has to move a police complaint if she doubts any such things All the best

If he's not able to respond to your query regarding his previous marriage then it's advisable not to go further in developing this relationship.
