A person (Male)who also married try to make a friend to my maried daughter to telling false address,caste and business .please how I take legal action for wrong intention

You need to hire sb advocate to draft a police complaint and forward the same to the concerned police station ! If you have evidences of such bad intention, it will be better.. Evidences like WhatsApp chat, call recording etc Plz b in touch

First of all you should immediately contact the nearest police station of your area and pen down a complaint and address the same to the SHO of the concerned police station. After that if he appears before the SHO and testify not to do in future then it is well and good and if not then you have to file for registration of FIR under section 156(3).
