A case has been filed under section 304B on my brother.I wanted to know how days will it take to get bail from court.
hi
in case of 304B(dowry death), bail can be obtained by citing the following
1) Accused supporting investigation.
2) accused not running away.
3) Investigation completed by police.
4) brother did not abet the death
though in law no time period in jail is specified, bail will be granted subject to the court being convinced that there is a probability of your brother being innocent and he will assist the investigation.
