63 BSA 2023 expert signature certificate where to get

Where to get expert signature for 63 BSA certificate needed to submit in court. Can anyone mention in prayer that there is no qualification for such signature. Can we mention it in prayer.

If a party is genuinely unable to obtain the certificate (e.g., the person in control refuses to sign), the correct legal route is to file an application under the relevant court rules (or Section 91 CrPC / relevant BSA process provisions) requesting the Court to summon the concerned person or authority to produce the certificate or the device directly, rather than praying for an exemption from the requirement altogether.

For a 63b BSA certificate, only the actual owner of the said material has to affix their signature in it. For example, if you are downloading a bank statement from one computer and producing it before the court, the concerned person who downloaded the statement and took a l printout from the computer needs to produce the 63b BSA certificate by signing in it, along with the IP address and the computer model, which are to be mentioned in the said certificate. There is no need for specific expert to get signature in it.
