18-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
In A498 case court has granted Bail n asked not to leave without prior notice in 2018. However, being forgotton Or overlooked the order, I have travelled abroad and returned in 5 days. Would that cause any call for action by court?

Well, if the opposite party will raise this issue , then you will go in big trouble, as they can say, that, you have intentionally violated the order of the court and as such, you do not respect the court and can pray Court to file Contempt of Court against you.
