498a dowry case domestic violence and harrassment case

Dear Sir/ Madam, False Complaint filed in Rajasthan for 498a domestic violence and dowry case against 4 family members. Police called for couselling without sending summon.Need advice 1)Can they arrest if I go for counselling? 2) I have recordings of wife and her relative telling to write suicide letter and send we will file false cases and theft ornaments and hitting mother in law who is senior citizen.planning to blackmail husband to have baby soon and seek revenge by taking baby and ask for alimony. 4) Abusing Mother in law and relatives and guests What is remedy of this and How to defend from 498a dowry and domestic violence cases.? What counter cases can be filed against wife and their relatives?
