498a complaint filed in court can it be quashed on jurisdiction

hi. i am accused here. My wife filed 498a based on a private application in court. Incidences are based in different city while case is registered in different city. Can i go for quashing of complaint on the basis of Jurisdiction. Its a complaint not FIR.

You can definitely challenge the complaint against you if you know that there are discrepancies in the same. Please be specific as to when you say that the incidents are in a different city and the complaint in a different city.
