Fine. Now at this stage, first argument on charge will be held on next date after that stage will come of evidence ,all the evidence will cross afterwards and the last stage of the case is order. And then either sentence or aquittel

When IO will file Chargsheet against you in court, after due consideration Judge will take cognizance & summon will be issued to you. After getting summons you have to appear before court & ask for copy of charge sheet to defend yourself in proper manner. After getting. Charge sheet you may file application u/s 207 Crpc for scrutiny of documents. Further you may argue in charge

See if the chargesheet is submitted against you, you will get the complete copy of the chargesheet. You have to options either to face the trial or approach the high court for quashing of the case against you. Choice is yours. Revert me. All the best.

Hello, After filling the chargesheet, the next step will be evidence and witness, court will decide a date and you should present before the court on that date, for bail and other proceedings kindly appoint an appropriate lawyer, he/she will help you to get time.
