498 A And 125 Crpc

Respected all, i am facing 498 a (with my parents) 125 crpc me alone from past 2 years. (1)For 498 a we went to high court they reffer to family welfare committe and this petition was given rayachotib(ap), Rayachoti judge has told to police to arrange for counselling with opposite pary to in distric family well fare committe. Still they are not came for counselling and judges was also not coming. ( 2) for crpc also she told will submit evidence on july 8th 2018 still not given. Now what i have to do for both cases. Pls suggest me....

You have to wait for sometime and thereafter you may again approach High Court for setting aside for 498A. You may approach High Court and get a stay order in respect of 125 proceedings also, alternatively you may approach Sessions Court also.
