Being a non compoundable offence you can not file quashing compromise in high court based upon compromise between you and complainant. But u can file a quashing of FIR in the high court if u have sufficient evidence and grounds to quash the FIR registered against you,

If there is no prima facie offence made out in fir the same can be quashed in high court. It is also very much pertinent to mention in these type of non compoundable cases have to be dealt with proper cautious and detailed petition on merits. The only thing which is necessary to get the same quashed is wether or not ingredients of section 382 is found out and same has to be supported by proper evidence.
