Hi I was chatting to a guy on gay application Grindr very famous in homosexual community. This app is for 18+. I was not awAre that the guy I am talking is minor. The boy came to meet me at night 2 am . I looked at him and asked his age he lied to me that he is 18 and in 15-20 min he started getting call that where is he. I just have 1 question as he is minor 15+ according to aadhaar and birth certificate but he lied to me on his age and created account in 18+ gay application ,Is 377 possible?

Dear, not only 377 is maintainable but you are looking at serious jail time under POCSO Act, if you don't do something about it legally. For legal assistance, you may consider contacting me as we need to discuss your case at length.
