Is there any pocso case where the minor created his/her profile on dating app and lied his age with the accused and later his father/mother filed FIR on the accused. I am going through same as pocso 7/8 case 377 511 385 fake case registered against me

lying is not defined as crime in the laws in India unless someone proves the lie. on the digital medium people can lie about the age but it has to be proved first. For the fake case you are required to request the high court for quashing the fir and if you have taken the bail then you are requested to consult some of the best lawyers in this regard.
