small fight with local leaders costed me this 354d 506 under pocso act,complener is girls mother ..i have not even enquired by police because they r with local leaders and bribe ,,thats why i have not filled a counter complent.and i have solid evidence to prove that am not guilty because i was not in that place at that time . and there evidence are girl's mother ,girl, and grand mother of girl and few police people .pls note girl is a actress in tv serial , now my question is 1) do i have to fill counter complent to get that 3 punished? if yes what will be the maximum time to fill a counter case? 2)how to punish that cops legally in this case only 3) i have lost too much of reputation this hurted me a lot .. am kind of person that who does not talk with girls,,coz am a devotee of hanuman.just to satisfy there ego they just implicated me in this case,i need my reputation back.real culprit must & should punished 4)how to recover all my expense such as lawyer fee ,,etc in this case.

If case is filled first you need to take Anticipatory bail or regular bail depending on circumstances. You can file FIR or PCR against the complaint for initiating false case against you for wrongful use of process of law and wasteing courts time. You can approach High Court to quash case against you under 482 of CrPC.

firstly get anticipatory bail, file for quashing of FIR and complaint then file a private complaint in court against all the persons who have implicated you and also file for compensation for loss of name and reputation.
