sir mere dost ko ek ladke ne chaku mar diya hai jaha mara tha vha mera bhai bhi vahi tha cousin chaku padne ke bad mera dost usko mar rha tha itne me mre cousin bhai ne use rok diya ki matter khtam ho isly pr mere dost ne mere bhai pe bhi 326 lgwa di h police se ab mera cousin jail me hai jamanat kese milegi aur saza to nahi hogi sir cousin ko plz tell me

sabse phele agar chaku marne k allegations aapke bhai pe nahi hai toh uski koi liability nahi banti hai and uski asani se bail mil jayegi. Main allegations aape dost pe hai toh usko toh saza hogi magar aapke bhai k upar koi allegations nahi hai toh usko saza nahi hogi bail k liye application under trial court mein lagani padegi phele aur agar waha se nahi hoti hai toh high court se toh asani se mil jayegi.
