19 yrs old girl ran away with her boyfriend

19 yrs old girl ran away from her home with his boyfriend aged 18 yrs and police registered fir and only version of girl and left.Police did not took any proof of age of boy neither took him to police station,police booked boy only in 366 know what should girl parents do.

It all depends on what the girl would say. if, as per the girl and her parents, the FIR in question is falsely registered and they do not wish to press charges, the apt remedy is to make such statement in quashing proceedings of FIR if instituted by the accused. The girl can also make a representation to the Police and preserve the receipt thereof. Another way is to make such statements before court during various stages.

Hi In case there was a case of kidnapping the police will accordingly investigate and file the charge sheet within 60-90 days. However if the boy is being wrongly implicated you will need to take steps to get the case closed

because girl is major but boy is minor that's why police didn't take action against the boy if you want more so kindly contact us we will prove you best consultancy. if girl ready to be admitted that she ran away with boy with her permission .

Police has already registered the case of abduction, now girl’s patents have to do nothing ! Police will file chargesheet sooner or the later n trail will begin ! The said victim (girl) will get prosecutor from State govt free of cost ..’ thanks n b in touch
