Posco victim (13year female)statement under 164 recorded without parents . Police submitted chargesheet under section 299. Now parents appear in court and submitted request to record her daughter statement under 164 again in presence of parents. Judge in not listening his application. Now what to do ??
No matter what type of statement recorded by police in sec. 164, by case start in court statement given by victims is recorded directly under the eyes of judge and result is also given by statement which is recorded by judge, so don't worry about that..
