1 month no action taken against Ipc 376
21-Jun-2023 (In Criminal Law)
The case has been filed on 31may and medical test and magistrate record part has been done.My friend was living with this guy from past 4 years and he left her without her knowledge at the time of marriage.Police not taking any action and seems like giving excuses and not telling what exactly they are doing to arrest this person.Pls suggest as it's been 1 month and in local newspaper we found this case has been published.Seems like they are helping him.As we already gave lots of information about this guy but no action yet.
Hello if the complainant statement is recorded before the magistrate then FIR is registered and your case must be under investigation by police, you can file a application for STATUS REPORT under 202 Crpc to the area magistrate
