Witness in a partnership agreement

28-Apr-2023 (In Corporate Law)
So my friends signed a 2 person partnership agreement between themselves for starting a startup. I have signed as a witness in the partnership agreement of the two people. I am in no way a partner or related to the startup in anyway except as a witness on the agreement, I wanted to know if there is any financial liability or any responsibility from my side towards the startup .

Firstly you are just a witness to the partnership agreement and it’s contenders so there Will Be no liability financially or in any manner you need not to worry for any disputes arising between the partners.
