It fundamentally depends upon the equity structure and ownership you are proposing.

If you do not want to share equity with anyone at the start of the business then OPC is the best. If you are two or more people and want benefits of partnership with ease at incorporation costs, recurring costs, compliances, etc. then LLP is better. However, if your plan is big with a lot of stakeholders and if you have plans to seek funding then a Pvt. Ltd. Co. is your option.

All the Best!

Dear,
The best way for such startup is LLP. its not costly and has few compliances plus limited liability. Also if you are alone or you are the main lead then you can keep the maximum share and give rest to your partner.
