What are the incentives in terms of percentage in HR policy of a comp

Query: I have joined an startup. And completed 6 months. The query is they had mentioned 60000 is my incentives which can vary 0 max. So max a month we can get is 5000. However it is probation period the company has assumed 2500 per month and given a total of 15000 at the end of six months. Without mentioning the reason. Later when i asked they told me we have mentioned 200% on the document and provided you 100%. Where my doubt is they have written 0-max how can they tell max is 200%. and deduct 2500 from the first 6 months compulsory.

Hi, That is a very valid point you have told. At this point they are exploiting you in the company and not giving you proper incentives and the incentives what you deserve. you can send a legal notice and demand for a compensation.
