Want to get sole proprietorship as 17 year old

Hey, I wanted to know how to get sole proprietorship as a minor(17yrs old) and is it possible to open business bank account by myself, pan card and also GST numberOne way I found was by getting signed my notarized letter by a notary public. nnAnd if yes, where would I have to show it to get GST and all.
