1. Splitting of Brands may be done so amongst the 3 Directors through an Assignment Deed . However with the approval of the Shareholders if the Private Company is limited by Shares.
2.The Closure of a Company is well enunciated under Sec 560 of the Companies Act 1956, unless the Company was formed under the 2013 Act.
