30-Dec-2023 (In Corporate Law)
Till recently I was working in a company. I along with few other employees want to start similar business. Can NDA signed by us be an issue? What actions can the company take? Can they file complaint for data theft? If so what what is the process and what precautions should I take?

You can easily start your business which is similar to your former company business, no one can obstain you from doing this, whether you signed any NDA or not. You just have to make sure that you have not used their any data or any information or their system.
