regarding franchisor duduction money for expired items

franchaisor are deducting money for expiry items is this allow are not if not how can i take action

you need to check the franchise agreement terms and conditions along with any terms and conditions signed by you to check the agreement on the front if the expiry products. plus based on the type of industry and there as applicable laws

no they can't, you can infact charge them for sending expired items. you can also file a consumer case against them for sending faulty items. you also have the right to send a legal notice to them for expired products
