Regarding blockage of my fund and not accepting the stock

I am working with Reliance retail With company John players.I am distributor of this company and with this company and the sale of the product is too much low in the market and and around 1 cr stock stuck in Market and I have a stock of around 2 cr in my godown.In company I have a outstanding of 1 crore and they revoked the bank guarantee and they Even don't thought about distributorship that they invest lots of money and they made new distributor and I have stock around 3 cr what should l do??
Dear Client First we have to send legal notice by claiming the compensation to the company regarding the same,if the issue resolved is well and good but if not then we can move to civil court or consumer court after analysing your documents.
